Now fully digital, the Edikio Guest software included in the Edikio Guest Access and Flex printing solutions, is evolving into a brand-new version. The interface has been redesigned to enhance the user experience, with the main new feature being a new print driver.

What changes are included in this new version?
The new version of Edikio Guest now includes a new print driver, Edikio Premium Suite 2, which replaces Edikio Premium Suite. The driver is the software that enables communication between the computer and the printer. Thanks to this update, users will now benefit from:
- A new, more intuitive and user-friendly interface.
- New tools to facilitate diagnostics for support and technical teams.
- Mac users will now benefit from the same notification system as Windows users whenever action is required: closing the cover, replacing the ribbon, no cards detected, etc. Links to support pages have also been added to better assist users in resolving these notifications.
A tutorial will be provided upon installation of the Edikio Premium Suite 2 software to guide users through getting started :
How do I update my software?
A window prompting you to update will automatically appear when you launch your software. You can also download the new version online from the support website.
Is this update mandatory?
If you do not wish to use this new version, you can continue using the software without updating it. However, maintenance for the Edikio Premium Suite version will no longer be provided. We strongly encourage you to perform this update to benefit from the latest improvements mentioned above.
Will my saved data be lost if I change versions?
Upgrading to the new version will not affect your saved data.
